We are based in Canning Town, E16. 10 minutes away from Custom House Station. Once you are all booked in, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all further details so won’t get lost!

Tooth gems last 3-12 months on average, however the longevity depends on how the client takes care of them. We assure your tooth gems are firm and sturdy before you leave our studio however, poor dental hygiene and eating habits can result in the tooth gems not lasting as long as you may want them. Some of our clients have had their crystals for two years!
Teeth whitening results last 12 months, we recommend a top up at the 3 month mark however you can come as early as 2 weeks for a top up session! Our technician will advise what length of top up is best suited for you at the end of your appointment!
Don’t pick or play with your crystal, brush very lightly around it, be mindful of the placement as anything placed too close to where you bite can lessen the longevity, avoid biting into hard and crunchy foods where the crystal is placed.

No! None of these services are painful. There is no drilling used in tooth gems, they are bonded onto the surface of the teeth as for teeth whitening you may experience slight sensitivity for a few minutes at first but it subsides!

Of course! We recommend going to your dentist as they can buff any residue safely. However we offer removals for our own installations and third parties. There is no guarantee all the adhesive will be removed however we will try our best! (And usually do a good job!)

We’re sorry to hear this has happened. Rest assured this can occur for a number of reasons. Iced Out Ldn offer a two month warranty meaning you can get your gem replaced free of charge within the first two months* and six months warranty for our selected premium sets.

*Please note if more than 50% of your set has come off we charge 25% of the initial set price and if you exceed the warranty date you will be charged standard price so please do not leave if last minute if this does occur to you!

No, however we offer tooth gems on retainers available to book in the booking section. If you wear a metal retainer you are more than welcome to bring them and we can install your gems in areas where it won’t obstruct your retainers.
